What is Expected Delivery Time ?

 

 * Take Order Time: 1-2 business days.

* Preparing Time: Notice to Customer by stock status. You will receive status of your order by e-mail or phone.

* Shipping Time: 2-5 days after you get shipping confirmation notice by e-mail or phone. (In U.S.A)

 

Is express service available for shipping ?

* Expedited shipping is available via UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. After that time, orders are shipped the next day. You must still allow for the transit time of the carrier based on the method of shipment you chose.

* We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ANY ORDERS OVER $150 to 48 contiguous states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

* This offer does not apply to international orders.

* Overnight/Next Day shipping (U.S. only) is available for an additional $65. Please allow up to 72 to process your order before it is shipped.

 

What is ordering procedure for special item ?

* Please allow 3-4 months to receive the dress from House of Wu, Mori Lee, and Mary's Bridal because these dresses are made-to-order. We will be contacting you within 48 hours of your purchase, so please make sure to provide us the correct contact information.

* Wedding and Quinceanera dresses and All other Accessories can be purchased at our retail location.

 

 What states we ship out ?

*Orders being shipped to the 48 contiguous States will be shipped via UPS. For security reasons, delivery signature will be required in order to confirm that the Wedding/Quinceanera dress has been received.

 

 What is return and exchange policy ?

* We request that you carefully select your online purchases. Please keep in mind that we follow Universal / Industry Standard for Return and Exchange Policy of Formal Wear.

* All sales are Final on our merchandise. No refunds or returns are accepted.

             We do not accept returns under any circumstances

1. Print out Request Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) Number form

2. Send RMA form by Fax.

 How do I exchange the item ?

Please contact us via phone or email within 24 hours after you have received your package if you would like to make an exchange. Make sure that the item you are exchanging is in its original condition, with the original tag and wrappings.We reserve the right to charge a 30%-50% restocking fee if the item is damaged or tainted. Packages must be postmarked within 3 days from delivery arrival. If the package is not postmarked within the allowed 3 days of receiving the delivery, it will automatically be disqualified for an exchange. Please write the Return Confirmation number on the box, as this will also serve as the RA (Return Authorization) number. Make sure you securely package the returning item as we will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process. Any merchandise received by air on a Friday or Saturday cannot be exchanged. This only applies to customers who call in for emergency air-shipping. All shipping fees incurred on exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.

 

How do you process order cancellation ?

Did you check your order status online only to find that the estimated ship date said "cancelled"? Unfortunately, this means that we were unable to fill your order. Please accept our apology for not being able to fill your order! Please check your email to find out specific details about your order, why it was cancelled, and possible alternative options.

Keep in mind that inventory can change everyday, every hour, and even every minute during our peak season. We keep our inventory and website as updated as possible, and although we apologize for the inconvenience. we appreciate your understanding if the dress you want is no longer available. Please keep searching or ask for our help because we want to help you find a dress that you love.

 

How do you check damaged item ?

If an item in your shipment appears to have been damaged during shipment by the carrier, please tell the driver immediately and do not accept the package. If a package looks damaged, please be sure to check that everything is accounted for and in order.

If your item is damaged, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 3 days after receipt of the item.

 

Special order is available ?

 WE are OUTSTANDING service on special orders". However, please be aware that inventory changes quickly and no retailer can 100% guarantee on delivery. It's possible that we may not be able to get your order. However, we understand the importance of fast delivery and our dedicated staff will do everything possible to get your order ASAP

 

How do I know items I ordered are available?

If you place an order with us we will reply within 24 hours by e-mail or text message to your phone. If you are in urgent, call us 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (pacific time) or use urgent service e-mail.

 

3 months payment plan

1. The 3 months payment plan makes it easy to purchase wedding dresses and quincanera gowns online because it allows you to budget your money and pay off the dress within 3 months

 2. After an initial 50% deposit(non refundable) is colleted, we will split the remaining amount equally into 3 months and charge you accordingly. We will contact you every onth before making any charges to your credit card.

    Example : a $600 dress is purchased and a $300 deposit is collected on May, 5 on the 4th of June, July and Aug, $100 will be collected to pay off the remaining balance.

3. If at any time you would like to put more moeny towards the remaining balance. Please contact us.

  What MATERIAL are dresses made of ?

Almost all dresses are made of polyester Satin, Taffeta, lace, chiffon, tulles, organza . Unless mentioned otherwise.

 

 Can I place a PHONE ORDER ?

We accept phone orders. If you do not have access to online, please also fax us the order with complete information.

 

I placed an order on your website and it was declined. Why?

 

Please make sure that you write down the correct billing information. One thing to check is the CVV (security code on your credit card), and the billing address. Always double check your billing address information before submitting your order. If you attempt to retry submitting your order more than 2 times, the credit card issuer will automatically lock the account, to prevent further use. In that case, you must contact your credit card issuer, and verify yourself to release the lock on the account.

All orders that have been declined are not valid transactions, and we do not receive ANY payment on our end. If you see that your card has been charged despite being declined, please allow 1-2 days for your bank to release the funds back to your account. If you do not see a credit on your statement, you must contact your credit card issuer and see to it that they are not holding the funds from being returned to your account.
